Friendly Joe’s Guide is a fun booklet with twenty-one tips on how together we can make A KINDER PORTLAND. The guide is filled with humorous practical suggestions as well as delightful illustrations. Comical illustrations that are guaranteed to make you laugh or smile a time or two. The light tone of the guide makes it palatable, and more so doable. However, though the booklet is small, the possible impact it could have on making A KINDER PORTLAND is enormous!
